Delete your LangBridge account

This page explains how LangBridge users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the LangBridge app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings or Profile settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion request. After confirmation, your account is permanently deleted.

If you cannot access the app

Email your deletion request to igorigorigor444444@gmail.com from the email address connected to your LangBridge account, or include your LangBridge username. We may ask for additional verification before deleting the account.

Data deleted

• Account profile data, including username, email, avatar, language settings, profile fields, app progress, balances, limits, sessions, notifications, and device push token.
• User-generated content associated with the account, including chat messages, posts, answers, likes, matches, followers, profile views, dictionary progress, learning progress, tasks, quests, AI error logs, voice practice reports, and call transcription cache.
• Media files owned by the account when they are stored by LangBridge.

Data kept and retention period

LangBridge may keep limited records only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or platform integrity obligations. These retained records are minimized, access-restricted, and kept only for the period required by the applicable obligation. Backups and logs may take up to 30 days to expire from routine backup rotation.
